I cannot understand the Cost Of Living. Seniors did not get a COL raise because the government said it did not rise. Well, why does it cost me more at the grocery store? When the cost of items that I purchased last has risen from .25 to almost .50 cents more. Does that not mean my cost of living has risen? Thanks
